Summary of Role            

The key purpose of this role is to receive claims from clients and then liaise with Insurers, Loss Adjusters, Repairers and Claims Management Companies to ensure that the claim is resolved as efficiently as possible, through notification, negotiation and settlement.

Working with colleagues in other departments the role enhances the Vista Customer Service proposition.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide a high standard of claims service, across all classes of business; to all clients.


• Ensure all client records are set up accurately and all appropriate data is transferred onto the computer system


• Provide reports to Client Managers


• Prioritise tasks as appropriate and monitor them to ensure all tasks are handled in a prompt and effective manner


• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of all business classes


• Meet and maintain the department’s service level agreements


• Assist in the management, protection and development of relationships with key insurer partners and supply chain.


• Adhere to FCA Regulation at all times


• Adhere to specific Company Policies and Procedures at all time


• To undertake additional duties as may be assigned from time to time


• Uphold Vista’s brand values inside and outside of the office
