Insurance Business UK (IBUK)  Fast Brokerages awards for 2022, celebrates brokers who have performed positively during the pandemic, and demonstrated unique strategies that have leveraged favourable market conditions. 

Key milestones that we demonstrated to secure our win…

We started 2020 in new offices in the heart of Manchester city centre, doubling our available office capacity to accommodate growth.  Lockdown led us to work from home and we now operate a hybrid working policy for our employees, allowing us to grow further whilst remaining in our current location.   

Vista was established in July 2014 and started from zero, £0 revenue and £0 Gross Written Premium.

2021 was the first year that:

• We exceeded £3M in revenue for the first time
• We grew by more than £1M in a single calendar year for the first time
• We saw the highest growth rate ever of 40%
• We hit Gross Written Premiums of £23.5M
• We grew our headcount from 29 to 35 an increase of 21%

Our growth is 100% organic, we have made no acquisitions and have no intention ofmoving away from our traditional broker values.  All our growth from the start of the business has been organic.

We are proud of our achievements and we are not going to stop there, here’s to a successful 2022 and more positives to report on.
