We are so pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for Commercial Lines Broker of the Year at the UK Broker Awards 2022!
It’s great to see our hard work being recognised by others. 2021 was a fantastic year for Vista Insurance, we had our highest growth rate so far since starting the business at a whopping 40%, we grew our headcount by 21% and we exceeded expectations of estimated revenue by far.
Our client’s satisfaction levels have also remained a reflection of our success, during 2021, one of our main focuses was to help hospitality and creative clients that were badly hit by COVID. We managed to help over 2000 clients within those industries and welcome them back to business in 2022.
As well as keeping our clients happy, we also made staff wellbeing and happiness at work a priority for our business too. Two of our staff members achieved DipCii and ACII while others began their training for those accomplishments. We promoted several members of our team and worked on our employee charter to improve staff benefits. Our company benefits now include company bonus, birthday holidays, hybrid working, electric car scheme plus more to come this year, proving that Vista really is a great place to work.
We will be keeping everything crossed for us to pick up that win at the Awards ceremony on 16th September. Until then, we would like to thank everyone who has helped us achieve our success so far and helped grow the business to the place it is now.
